Crossfit Level 1 / Crossfit Level 2 Trainer
For several years, I found myself hopping around between different fitness programs and diets. I was never quite satisfied with my results or physical endurance. Then came CrossFit. On Day 1, I was hooked. I knew this was where I belonged.
There is nothing more exhilarating than hearing the 3, 2, 1 – GO! A room full of athletes focused on one common goal: getting the work done. I have witnessed tangible results in myself and others through CrossFit. An important component of success is support from fellow athletes. Coaching is my chance to give back to the community by helping others who are dedicated to improving their health and fitness. I find it very rewarding to help other athletes achieve their goals.
